even if it were not true, I like the way it sounds therefore, I reject your reality and substitute this one

Re: Pimp my V20
Franco, one of things that I don't like on the 80's+ V20 cc's is the upper fore deck. I like the older style much better, much more room to stand on and sight cast and it doesn't have the funky raised lip, which I think is ugly but probably serves a purpose. The only problem is I really don't feel like gettting a 30+ year old un-restored boat. See the difference. I like the lines of the older boat more.

Tinman:
Let's recap You said earlier you wanted a complete package for around 18K. You also said you like the older CC vice the newer ones. Well, I have your answer! Buy my 74 CC for 18K (and yes - I'll even through in the electronics and trailer. I'm just that kind of guy - want to make sure you get the complete package and all ;D) and I'll buy Francos buddies CC for 4 K and bank the rest. :-) Kamikaze |
Re: Pimp my V20
Hey Tin,
I see what you mean - the older one is more like a bad-*** flats boat with lotsa open deck space. Real clean especially without that lip all the way around. I didn't realize the difference in the front part of the deck being raised a little more. That is a great design |
Re: Pimp my V20
KK, you'll have to buy a trailer ,then bank the rest

Re: Pimp my V20
They both look sweet to me, I like the lines and flotation of the later years, been on the 80's deck, would have no problem fly fishing from one.
