How does the Suzuki DF 140 perform. I had the same engine on a 20 ft. bay boat and it did a good job. If I were to repower I might consider that engine. I have a Suzuki DF 175 on a 22 ft. bay boat and it does a really nice job of moving that boat around. So I know that would be a great choice as well.

My personal opinion is its the perfect motor for our boats. Is freakin sips gas! Its almost scary its so economical. It has great torque and power. The hole shot is great. It pushes the boat beautifully when loaded down with gear and coolers. If i put another motor on it tomorrow it would be the new 150 suzuki.

Looking great.... just remember to lower those antennas when you are trailering... one underpass and you can kiss those babies goodbye. Put a note on your windshield the night before you are going out so you cannot forget.
