Willy - I have my eye on a prime piece of property for a Tackle shop - the big problem here is if your towing a boat you cant get into a tackle dhop parking lot - I know where a lot is for sale that will allow you to do that and be less thab a 1/2 mile from the ramp. Lets do it!!

I bet you that guy is grossing 150 - 200 g's a year with very little overhead. Could be netting out 65-75 and living a nice life down there

YOU COULD BE RIGHT WILLY, THAT GUY IS ALSO IN THE GRADING BIZ, HE DID ALL MY LOT PREP BEFORE THEY BUILT MY HOUSE. HE IS A BIT OF A JERK - BUT HE'S NOT AT THE SHOP TOO OFTEN. I GO BECAUSE IT'S RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE RAMP.
