The full moon tides have always been tough for me. First hour seems ok, but after that the current is just too fast especially when the wind is blowing in the same direction as the tide. Sometimes I've had good luck moving up and fishing the middleground or even saving fuel and fishing mashnee flats.

MJ - Have you ever tried fluke fishing off nantucket or Ptown?
