Lot of work done today we primered everything it took 2 quarts going to do the first coat of paint tommorrow, the last picture yuo can see the nice top that came with the boat....Ted

I know this Pettit Easypoxy sure got some nasty odor to it. Your right I'm enjoying do this project I'll post some more pic tommorrow ....Everybody have a safe enjoyable Easter Holiday....Ted

Looking good Blu. That Pettit primer. Is that a two part epoxy ?? That Marine tex. Is that the white putty looking stuff ??, I have a bunch of snap rings that use to be for some kind of cover. I wanted to pull all the snaps off and fill the holes. Sounds the the marine tex is easier then grinding down each hole, laying cloth then filling with filler.

The primer is 1 part a single can. The Marine-Tex is white but comes in grey also that is 2 part, the small screw holes I just filled the larger ones I backed with a piece of styrene it cures hard as glass but sands like wood. I liked it. It sure was nice to see all the holes disappear with the primer coat.....

Put the first coat of paint this morning looks good, the first picture has my son Ted he's 27 and painted the whole insides
