I had a tree fall across my garage January 06 during a strom like this one. Insurance covered it all. Even gave me more when I proved it was a commerical grade building instead of residintial.

Turbo, that is what my insurance company told me,
if it falls on a building that is named in the policy,
then covered.

Last summer, I had another tree fall across a road and take out my
neighbors fence, my insurance was going to cover that,
but because of my deductible, I decided to pay out of my pocket.

I did the fix myself with better materials than before,
the Bi$6h didn't like it, and wanted me to pay for
a more expensive fix with inferior materials,
of course you can guess what I said...

Re: The Storm!

$1586 for the repairs, My Ins will give me $1086, so I guess I will have to look arond a bit for some one to fix it for that.

MAN, I KNOW THEM FOOT SURGERIES SUCK. MY WIFE (BLESS HER HEART) JUST HAD SURGERY ON HER FOOT. SHE HAD A SCIST REMOVED FROM THE BALL OF HER FOOT. THE DOCTOR SAID IT WAS MORTONS NUEROMA. IT WAS BASICALLY A KNOT ON THE SLEEVE OF THE NERVE IN THE BOTTOM OF HER FOOT. THEN TO TOP THAT OFF SHE LIMPED INTO THE GYM THE OTHER DAY TO DO SOME UPPER BODY WORKOUTS AND DROPPED A 25 LB WEIGHT ON HER GOOD FOOT! :o NOW SHES LIMPING AROUND ON BOTH OF THEM. AS FAR AS THE BODY WORK DEAL IF YOU WAS DOWN HERE BY ME I COULD HELP YA OUT. I HAVE A COUPLE DIFFERENT FRIENDS IN THAT LINE OF WORK. YA KEEP POKE'N AROUND YOU WILL FIND SOMEONE. YOU COULD ORDER YOUR FENDER , HOOD AND MIRROR AFTERMARKET AND SAVE ALOT OF MONEY. INSTALL THEM YOURSELF WHICH IS'NT TO HARD (AGGREVATING I KNOW) AND JUST PAY SOMEONE TO SPRAY IT. MIGHT WORK OUT CHEAPER FOR YA THAT WAY. ANOTHER ROUTE WOULD BE TO GET YOUR PARTS FROM A JUNK YARD (JUST A THOUGHT) GOOD LUCK WITH IT. BY THE WAY THATS A NICE TRUCK YA GOT THERE. LOOKS JUST LIKE MINE!

Nope no water in that pic, and the tree measured 14" at the base.
