Spare, did not check the green wire. Didnt see it in the troubleshooting or just missed it. Will do tomorrow and report back.

green wires, they are the outputs from the switch boxes to the coils, that should tell you the output voltage

Had a chance to take the boat out yesterday and the motor performed perfectly. I had some spare power packs that I had gotten from bigshrimping back in 2007 and I replaced both of them, even though only one was testing bad. Problem solved!

if you want to,pm me your address and i'll send you that stator, won't fit anything i own, you might get some use out of it.

builder, shipped the stator today. i put it in the hands of the federal govt., hope you at least get some of it by wed or thurs.
