i was going back white leave the bottom black but the bottom of mine has been painted with high gloss black

Congrats Kajun on closing on your house. I know thats a load off your mind. I'm set to close on mine in Clearwater on feb 12th and close on my new one in Savannah Ga on the 13th. I agree with Not_her_Idea, its getting ridiculous the cost of living in Pinellas county, the traffic, the price of insurance, and I've only lived down here 5 years!!
