Looking good Kracker! I really like the rail. Good thing on the relief cuts without them its possible to pull the boat to fit the wood rather than vice versa, and that is not good. Dont forget you can always come work on mine. :hide: I cannot wait to see yours done. :clap:

Kracker, I just had an idea. How about extending your gunnel cap 3" past the outside of the hull with a 2" downward carling? Like the Carolina Skiff and the big Cape Horns. Should help with spray and give you more piling protection.
