Ok, I graduate high-school having sewn quite a few wild oats. Tried to get in Appalachian State - no go, low B grade point average kept me out. That was blessing #1 bestowed on me because I ended up at UNC Charlotte. First day orientation I see this super duper hot chick in a peach colored shirt. She wouldn't look at me for nothin. Anyway I go several months without even seeing her and then I start seeing her again on the way to one of my classes. She's walking with another dude, but I smile and wave every day for a month or two. Well, time passes and she is like the talk of town around campus guys. I state more than once that "I'd marry her tomorrow." without even having spoken to her.

Long story short, she was dating someone else but had her eye on me. Her friends started to yell cat calls at me from her dorm. I put 2 and 2 together and did what any respectable dope would've done - I got drunk and called her. We chatted for a few minutes about this and that - for example, she had found out my middle name was Edwin and come to find out her dad, brother and grandpa all have the middle name Edwin. Crazy thing is, so does my dad and grandpa! We knew something special was happening then and there that night!

We had a shin-dig with the fraternity a couple weeks later and I asked her out. She went to her room and broke things off with her boyfriend and went with me. ;D We were inseperable from there on.

That was 1993. We were married 3 years later in 1996, had our first daughter 1 year later and second daughter in 2000.

I bought my V-21 in 2005 ;D Had to throw that in there.

MY TURN I GUESS.

WELL WENT BACK TO WVU FOR MY LITTLE BROTHERS GRADUATION IN 2002. WENT OUT WITH SOME FRIENDS THAT I GRADUATED WITH AND WERE ALSO IN TOWN FOR THE WEEKEND. HUNG OUT AT A BAR CALLED THE BLACK BEAR THAT NIGHT. ONE OF MY BUDDIES EX WAS THERE AND BROUGHT ALONG HER FRIEND FROM HER HOME TOWN. TALKED A LITTLE, NOT MUCH, ASKED IF SHE WAS SINGLE, CAUSE LIKE ANY OTHER GUY I NOTICED HER GREAT BODY, AND ENORMOUS CHEST AND WANTED TO HOOK UP FOR SOME ONE NIGHT ACTION. WELL OF COURSE THAT DID NOT WORK OUT. WELL MONTHS WENT BY AND WASN'T EVEN THINKING ABOUT HER ANYMORE UNTIL THE FRIENDS EX SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING SHE HAD ASKED FOR MY NUMBER. WELL LITTLE TO MY KNOWLEDGE MY FRIEND SENT HER AN EMAIL SAYING I ASKED FOR HER NUMBER. SCHEMING FRIENDS. WELL SHE CAME TO OC TO SEE ME WITH HER FRIEND, AND HIT IT OFF BIG TIME. SHE CAME BACK A WEEK LATER AND STAYED FOR TWO WEEKS. WELL I PROPOSED 7 MONTHS LATER AND WE GOT MARRIED 6 MONTHS AFTER THAT.

SHE MOVED TO OC, FOUND A TEACHING JOB AND THE REST IS HISTORY. BEEN MARRIED FOR 2 YEARS NOW.

THE FUNNY PART IS SHE GREW UP 35 MINUTES FROM ME AND WE WENT TO RIVAL HIGH SCHOOLS AND NEVER KNEW EACH OTHER UNTIL AFTER WE BOTH GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE.

OK I'll tell my story.
We met at work, an automotive paint supplier. She thought I was a smart *** and at first did not like me. She was looking to by a sailboat but needed directions to view the boat. It just so happened I had a softball game near where the boat was. I told her if she came to my game I'd take to see the boat. She bought the boat came to many more ball games. Two boys and 30 years (next May) later she is still the love of my life. I ask her to go fishing with me but she just laughs.
