Allman Bros played a club here in Sptbg just as their FIRST album was released...thought that old buildin' was gonna crumble that night...it was AWSOME 8) 8) 8) ...I was about 20 (35 yrs ago) and the club mgr asked me to check IDs at the door...did til the Bros cranked up, then deserted my post ;D ...



Not but two actual brothers...Greg and Dwayne...Dwayne's the one who ''ate the peach'' cause Greg's still around :) ...

They used to play at a bar called "The Old Dutch" on PC Beach in the late 60's. They were called The Allman Joys. Never saw them , just a local legend.
