I have 65 gal, I just use the 2 mpg and I say I have 10 round trip, I no I do much better but I don't run a gauge so this works for me, I bet I can get 180 miles when full, but why push it!!

7 gal to 40 miles, thats 5+ mpg, you better never get rid of that motor!!

As best as I was able to figure that is what my 2 stroke Johnson 115 got, maybe 6 to 7 if calm water
