Second, There is NO proof that Russia offered a bounty to the Taliban to kill Americans. Even Biden has walked back his statements that he spoke during the presidential campaign. Here are just a few of countless articles dismissing the claim.

Oh, and President Trump called the report a hoax, and then Sec of State Pompeo threatened his Russian counterpart with grave reprisals if the report was actually true.
