We do it here on Lake Erie, Cant go much faster than 12-14mph and its a very very wet and bumpy ride but its definitely doable.

Very short period honest 4' steep whitecap /chop is rough seas for these boats.........no question.

Hey bgreene when you were out at the Flemish cap did you see me? I was there too I was the guy waving at you Maybe you didn't see me you were to busy fighting that swordfish But I seen you , had to come in early my ice machine broke Only took me 18 hours It was snotty out

Step - thought I saw another V boat at the Flemish Cap, but waves were so high I lost sight.
I was doing a solo trip, and busy hauling swordfish . Thought I was imagining but now I know it was real.
