Ferm, I know the folks up north and even as close as Alabama think I am crazy but one of my favorites is fried mullet. You probably know what I am talking about. Anyone that eats AJ will throw rocks after trying a piece of fried mullet..

Fried mullet is pretty good, but I prefer em smoked.

I personally don't care for AJ's. I'd much rather have some grouper or snapper in the box. I know lots of folks that like AJ's though, just comes down to personal preference.
