Well at this point I have been on the phone with the guy that BS spoke with.

He seems like a nice guy and wants to help.

I had BR call him this morning to give a exact description of the pallet, so it will be easy to identafie.

I am willing to give them some time to look for it cause there is no insurance and once they give me the $45 they will owe me the case will be closed!!

So for $45 I will leave open for now.

as for reporting it stolen, I called the police here and they say a report needs to be made were it was stolen, and since no one seems to know wree that was I have no idea who to call??

It was last seen in NJ so I guess thats were it should be??

I am so depressed and sick from this that I have lost gas on it!!
Its all I can do to call them everyday to here the same thing over over over :(

2 months seems like a long time, bt if thats what it takes I will wait it out.

MJ, I'm sure it's easier for me to say than for you to do, but keep up the fight!!...you got a lotta guys in your corner pullin' for ya...just wish there was more we could do... ???...

Just got off the phone with our man Dennis. The last thing he said was, "Don't worry, we'll find it"

Anyway, I described the packaging - making sure he knows that it has mailing labels on all 4 sides and the top too! So, don't try that, "well maybe the label fell off crap".

I also let him know that we aren't going to let this go for $45. He said if indeed it is lost he would try to recoup every penny that was lost. How? I don't know? Maybe he's just saying that to keep us happy for now?
