do you have a temp and or pressure gauge? If not & you keep this motor, they are an easy install and give you good info. With a new impeller i get 12 \15 psi @4000 rpm. When it drops to below 9 I put a new one in, or once a spring, not only for cooling, but to keep the drive shaft lubed.

All I have is the buzzer, but I am not keeping it so I will suggest that to the new owner.
