Hey Whalen, I noticed some sort of white material on the ground in your photos and the ones Willy posted as you left with the boat, what is that stuff?

Re: Old School Transition

That there is what we call snow up north here. It actually has been pretty scarce around here this winter. This is what's left from the only snow that really accumulated so far this winter. The ground around the boat was covered yesterday and now most has melted away.

You know what sucks about buying a boat in February????.....not being able to use it. I swear I couldn't sleep last night just thinking about getting out on the water.

Re: Old School Transition

So that's what snow looks like ;) Just kidding, I'm originally from upstate NY. There is a very cold reason I don't live farther north than I do. Eastern NC rocks for winter weather, no snow in 2 years, and when we do get it, it isn't much.

So, I pulled the tarp off Old School today and it was so nice out and I figured it is not that far away so what the hell......I fired her up. She fired up right away and after blowing the requisite smoke for a few minutes she idled well and ran great.

I also put the bimini up and took a few pics!

Man, I just never get tired of looking at that bow flare. It's almost a sexual thing...

That makes me wonder, if a V20 was a woman what part would the bow equivalent be? Personally I am a dedicated butt and leg man.

(Maybe I'll name my V "Beyonce" instead.)
