Some time back I sent Bgreene a note letting him know I reset his password, supplied the password, gave him my phone number etc. Maybe I have the wrong email but it is the one he registered with originally. At any point he is ready he either already has what he needs to log in or he can shoot me and IM or phone call. By the way, keep those pics coming Dave. She's a beauty  |
Did not know the V21 did not have the shelf in the cabin. When the 21 came out, did they stop production of the 20?

So I've got the live well/beverage cooler lighting done. I cleaned up the pigtail/bulb socket and installed an LED bulb I had laying around.

Thanks guys! Port/Stbd storage boxes are being cutout as we speak. Will post when installed!

Did not realize 21 had a flat dash on the driver side. They should have done that sooner
Looks great!! |
Amazing what you can learn here at wellcraftv20.com!

Aquadeck Marine Pad
That pad from Aquadeck Marine looks great! I was surprised to read on their website that the product only lasts 5 to 7 years on average. For the price I was hoping for 20 years...lol. I did not see a kit for the V20 but they did have 42 other wellcraft kits.

My boat is garaged so hopefully last longer. No patterns for older boats like our V's. Just have to order their template material and measure/mark it out for the area you want covered. Easy to work with company. Seadeck is another.

Got the JBL radio/Bluetooth unit installed today. Trailering the boat to my guy 30 minutes south to install the storage boxes next Sat. A pair of JL speakers will occupy the forward portion of boxes along with provisions for forward rod holder drains & washdown hose flange connection stbd side aft.

Storage boxes are complete and installed! Couldn't be happier!

Wow, beautiful. well done.:clap::clap:

Absolutely gorgeous. Whatever you’re spending to make that into a probably better than new boat is a lot les than the cost of a new boat. And you have a so much nicer boat. For one thing you don’t have one of those “euro” transoms that are shaped to help a large following wave scoot up and swamp you.
|
Thanks Scook! That's the plan buddy! I attended the Mid Atlantic Boat Show in Va Beach Va back in Feb and after looking at the price of a 16 ft Boston Whaler I have no issue spending a few hard-earned bucks on this ***el!
|
And the BEST part? I can access the area behind those boxes by removing a screw that keeps the drawers from coming all the way down to the floor. Win Win!
|
Beautiful! Looks like excellent workmanship. Well done, sir!
|
Thanks Pipe! Gett'n time to actually use her!

Replaced cabin door with new piece of bright King Starboard. Chamfered perimeter edges as original. Polished stainless piano hinge.

That looks real nice - Enjoy

Nice work. Original cuddy doors are increasingly tough to find. Do you have a way to secure it in the open position?
|
Sure, the exact same way Wellcraft did it, with male/female snap.
