Ummm, ... they mentioned the 140 police injured (more than half with minor injuries) several times. Far more than the 1 day they talked about the tree being burned. You really need to get your facts straight. The injuries ranged from bruises and lacerations to more serious damage such as concussions, rib fractures, burns and even a mild heart attack.

Prosecutors have charged more than 187 people — roughly a quarter of all defendants — with committing violence, such as assaults on law enforcement officers or members of the media present that day. Roughly half of the cases that have so far come before a judge have resulted in no jail time.

And for the record, I watched several of the different time slot shows when the tree burning happened, and not a single person cried. Not one, not once.
