According to many news sources from both sides of the aisle including FOX, Newsmax, CNN and NBC, about 500-800 people (depending on who you listen to) entered into the Capital. That, out of the over 20,000 demonstrators that actually were there. That's not an opinion, it's a fact.

Most of the people arrested have been charged with criminal trespass and other assorted trumped up crimes like carrying a dangerous weapon (a traffic cone, or a can of bear repellent or even wearing helmets. (The theory being they could be used as a weapon.) NONE have been charged with insurrection or sedition. The gallows you keep talking about in your posts was a regrettable sight done by a FEW stupid people, but would not have held even a 50 lb. sack of potatoes. It was symbolic. Stupid, yes, but not a threat.

It's now been revealed that the actual "riot" may have been caused by left wing agitators that wanted exactly the results they got, for political reasons. It only takes a few people scattered throughout a crowd with bullhorns or shouting at the top of their lungs to get a crowd chanting or moving.

I have said, several times in several posts, that the number of people that got out of hand was just over 500. In fact in one post I even said lets round it up to 600. Compared to the over 20,000 that attended the demonstration 500 is just a few. What part of that don't you understand?
