My vote is he can keep posting as long as he wears the white captains hat from now on and calls CB "Little Buddy".

I am getting about 2 to 2 1/2 mpg and thats good by me!!

And I had my V for 9 years, it was a great boat, but I came in today at 27 kt's in 2 footers and still have a back and teeth to prove it!!

As for me posting here, lets just say when you own it you can do what ever you want!! :nut:

A V20 runs rough in 2'?

The carvel flys across the tops of 2' at 40 knots+. Just got to close the eyes when the spray hits. Same at 3'.

I think MJ's V rode a little rougher because of the bracket causing the boat to ride with the bow higher and thus the seas being taken further back where there is less deadrise........but thats just a theory.

My V-20 takes 2-3 foot seas as good or better than my old 25' Grady White.

Hmmm.........................

Let's give credit where credit's due. MJ did lighten up the stern for the bracket install. He removed his bilge pumps.
