Well the boat sold today , thought i had it for $600 but than another guy got going on it and pushed until i let him have it for $1,275.00... I really didnt need it and who knows how high he would have gone. I would have liked it for $1,000 but went to $1250.00 but didnt want to have more cash out there. The sterring cable was locked up but the flywheel did turn. Oh well always another boat out there. You just never know what your getting with auctions... Thought i would go to $1,500.00 just didnt want to after i got there and looked at it more. Z

Good decision...now if it was a good running motor and you KNEW that it might be differen't, but I think you did the right thing by holding off.

No website has far has i know. I go to the GSA auctions and they have websites that you can bid online. This place is alot smaller. they do it once a month and auction off cars and sometimes boats. you have to be a dealer to bid so its not open to the public. there is always another boat out there... It might not have been a deal if you kept bidding. *Who knows what lurks under the floor, inside the fuel tank, inside the motor etc. *$600-a deal! $1250+--let the other guy fall in love! * ;)

Man I wish I knew I was bidding against someone here because we could have worked out some deal. I still feel it was a good buy at $1,275.00 and I hope to have it completly over hauled by next summer.

Op's, I was joking with him but forgot my other post to tell him I was BS'n. I wish I could get pics posted as I have tried several times and I cant even get them to load into Photo Bucket. Maybe I need to try from home as I have only tried here at work. I took some pic's of a floor repair and some of the boat but never could get them up. Now that I think about it maybe if I try at home I can get my daughters help before she leaves for college.
