I agree with everyone.
One possible point, if purshased by someone out of state a bill of sale may be all that is needed reguardless of past ownership. But this will depend on the state trying to be registered in.
If tried as a salvage, the coast guard then would have to inspect seaworthiness. Further complications!!

Good for you! I had designs on a full transom, bracket, built in live well V20 CC
