Hey EngstromNK - I feel your pain. I have a 12 year old black lab that has serious problems with crapping in the car and house. The other day it **** in the car, stepped in it right where the seat belt hole is in the seat. The stink was awful and I had to dig it out with rubber gloves on. A few years ago . . . I bought a old rug doctor off craigslist for $150. That thing has saved my *** so many times with this old dog . . . both in the house and car. It's worth every penny . . . not to mention that you can detail your own car and clean your carpets anytime you like!! The interior looks and smells brand new everytime I use it. Just something to think about as your dog gets older and starts having more accidents.

Bottom line is if ya love dogs and take 'em w/you as I do, sooner or later there's gonna be a cleanup...I've had Labs puke between the car seats and Jack Russells crap in the boat...I'll still take 'em w/ me all I can...no matter what they do, it's still better than most crap ya have to put up with from people...:nut:

I forgot about one time I had my boss's dog in the van with me and Cody. Both dogs had been running around while I worked and had been in and out of the bay.

On the ride home Beuford comes walking up to me between the front seats and proceeded to projectile vomit onto the dashboard. It went down the vents onto the radio down the cup holder, etc. My cell phone was sitting in the ash tray when this happened and got fried. The puke was all dried crab parts and salt water that came out of the dog.

Even with shampooing it took a year for that smell to leave the van.
