I have been eatting "sand sharks" for years, they are delicious steaked and grilled, or fried up traditionally.
I have a cookbook @ the beach that has all that stuff in it, I bought it @ the NC Aquarium about 25 years ago. Just be sure to bleed them sharks or you get that "funky" taste. http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r...r/101_0159.jpg |

I used to serve skate wing at a restaurant in Atlanta. It was good and we charged $32 for the entree. Fisherman got it made.:sun:

We have it made cause of the time on the water we all love! But when it comes to fish prices, I once had a lady say to me that she just payed $8 a pound for Cod fish, and that it must be great to get all that free fish when I go out! I said be happy you payed $8 cause i pay like $100! :bat: |
