I didnt get to fool with it this weekend Bill. It rained all day sat. I have a club fishin tourney next weekend so I worked today on getting tackle and such ready for that. I hope to piddle with it this week some.

Yes DRYFIT will take place many times before the gluing does. I am going to try to incorporate a "shim" for the bracket into it while Im doing it. My bracket is straight and as yall know the V20 has a curved transom. This will all take a little time, but I think it will be worth it in the end. 8)

Shim will be nice!! I think mine was about 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 ?? I ended up cutting a 4X4 wedge for each side. worked out well so far. you can see it in the gallery pic's, but not well, this was before I really started taking pic, when I did things.

Well guys I got the first piece of plywood cut to fit the inside of the transom Saturday...sorry no video. Ill post a few pics when I get home. I looks like I am going to have to cut the pieces to get them in. They wont fit whole. I have decided to cut them kinda like a 60/40.....sorta like a *pickup truck seat is done. I will cut each board on the opposite side as the previous so they lap together more solid. Ill post a few pics later to show yall.

Stink Man can you mill down an overlap and epoxy it once you slide them together. Before you cut the final product add 4 inches to your width measurement and use a table saw to rduce corresponding ends by half your board thickness for an overlap.?

I read that 10 times before I got it. EXCELLENT IDEA! I may do that! I can use my first attempt as a pattern since it is too short now. 8)

BTW Stink I finally saw this video over the weekend and it was AWESOME! GREAT JOB! Funny as crap man!

The other one's I still couldn't see or hear, and one I could see but not hear ???

We need a Video section in our gallery I do believe!

P.S. What editing software did you use with the video?
