I did my shifting bellows and it was a pain, but not to bad.
Then the next year I got a leak in the shaft bellows and decided to replace all, What a mistake that was! after fighting for what was forever I took it to a shop to get done!!

Another reason I hate I/O!! >:(

if you can get you hand on a factory manual, it explains it pretty good, its easier to go ahead and replace everything while your at it rather than one broke item at a time. Flat rate for just a driveshaft bellows used to be 3.5 hours, in my prime I could do it in 1 1/2

one other thing, use a little mercury power tune when you slide the shift bellows on the shift cable, its allmost as slick as boiled okra
