Welcome....You are doing the right thing by dumping the IO for an outboard and if you could get a 225 or 250 it would be even better. Where the engine was you can build a huge fish box/live well/storage area and have a real comfortable fishing boat that can take a pounding...Frank

Right after I got mine, I was in Galveston (sister-in-law in Houston) headed out to the beach and low & behold if there ain't a V-20 on a trailer goin' by me right in downtown 8) ... that woulda been '99 or '00 ;) ...
