I was wrong when I said it would take 5 gallons :-[ I remember now that when I was talking with Seacast about my project V that it was going to take 3, 5 gallon kits. Thats how Seacast sells it, in 5 gallon containers.

flounder, we used fiberglass epoxy resin and packed cloth as we went. Sorry power's been out a couple of hours from a storm.
I think it should have taken about 8 gallons to fill the transom of mine without cloth, we might have used 4-5.
Look in "general" and find "specs" about at page 4 now and start at page 4.

Tried to get a free gallon, but ya goota be a business that does this line of work or something. :-/
But I still wanna know how it works. ;)
