Oh, I think I'd keep this ol' house . . . and use it say from October - May, maybe June. But here it is only June 9th, it's almost 11 PM and it hasn't fallen below 81 degrees yet, with a heat index of about 87! It was HOT today -- we were out in the river, and I was getting dizzy. Only solution: get wet, so I did, I swam off the PD. It was NICE. I stayed in the water more than I was on the boat. These summers are brutal -- and this is only June.
