Re: Two bildge pumps
I've got two Rule 1500's in my bilge. They are plumbed out two different thru-hulls.
You could install check valves before y-connector and then discharge out through 1 thru-hull. |
Re: Two bildge pumps
the one thrue hull would prob work fine. but since i cant swim........

Re: Two bildge pumps
racerex: Learn to swim . Bilge pumps will remove nusance water but a fist sized hole its going down.pull out the bilge plug and head for shore fast if its cold water and run it aground . If its warm put on your vest and stay on top of the boat...Been there and done that,, Frank

Re: Two bildge pumps
i can swim dude, its just that i only have one leg and one arm. so i just swim around in circles like a freakin idiot. in the special olympics i tryed for the swim team but, i kept swimming into the next lane. afterr the race i had to beat two retarted kids with my prosthetic arm. then the cops came and the dumb buttt tryed to hand cuff me, moron. i woulda kicked him in the nuts and ran away but, ya know....
naahhh dude, i swim fine. look, just dont believe anything i say. i am full of it 90 percent of the time! |

Re: Two bildge pumps
DO NOT rig 2 pumps through 1 outlet. Yes it can be done with check valves. Bilge pumps lose efficiency fast with any backpressure. If you NEED those pumps moving water you want two outlets.
