Had a couple of dry days, got out the broiler and cooked some of that Sturgeon we caught last August. Garlic, lemon juice, a little olive oil - mmmmmmmmmmmmm, good!

Here's a picture of a big one someone sent me.

The story with it: Caught on Fraser River just above Mission Bridge, approx. March '06 - weighed over 1100 lbs., 11' 1" long, 56" girth, took 4 guys 6 1/2 hrs to land it.

The 6 1/2 hrs. stretches me a little, but that's the story that came with the pic. In ant event, that's a big fish.
