Don't show MJ those pic's yet, he'll install that motor with one bolt and no controls just to get out there :D

yeah, its alot of work till you sit down with a crab meat stuffed flattie at the dinner table. ;)

Well, you can stuff the other way, by taking the thick fillet and making a pocket in it, but i have to say I like the flounder "mit" idea. Will definitely give that a shot if I ever get to fish flounder again :-/
