The other MAJOR problem with SEACAST is weight. I've researched it some myself for my HYDRA-SPORT project and decided against it. I believe the that seacast will weigh roughly 3 times what wood does for the same volume. It is nothing more than recycled fiberglass held together with epoxy resin. Yea looks sweet, But he never came back to say anything and there are no pictures of the seacast let alone the process?? :'(

vic never used the seacast, he replaced the stringers with wood and glassed over them, i think. i'll get him to get back on a post update
