Re: Minimum setback for E-Tec 150 According to the guy that works on my motor the difference between my motor and a 150 of the same year is 2 cylinders and 2 carburators which means the motor is taller. The way my transom is done ther is ample room for a 150 to fully tilt up. He had a 150 Ocean Pro under his shelter when my boat was there and he showed me that it would work. |

Re: Minimum setback for E-Tec 150 Thanks for the input folks. *Looks like a 28" - 30 " floatation platform in my future. *Found a guy a counties away that has made some of them before. *No idea on price and haven't seen his work yet. *Two VERY BIG deciding factors. I'm jealous of the fishing stories and pics. *Maybe I'll take my V for a paddle this weekend. * *;) ;) ;) :-/ http://i194.photobucket.com/albums/z...ell/paddle.jpg 0" setback required, just lots of beer.. |

Re: Minimum setback for E-Tec 150 What is the WOT speed with that propulsion system ;D ;D ;D ;D |
|
Re: Minimum setback for E-Tec 150 My new system will idle at around 6 cans per hour, WOT is about 12 cans. Only problem is the support frame springs frequent leaks and won't stand up long at WOT ;D |

 Re: Minimum setback for E-Tec 150 You need more freinds to help out on that ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D |
