I've been sick three times since the rona showed up. The first time was November 2021, hit me like a train wreck, went from a scratchy throat to I felt like my lungs were on fire in 6 hours. Body aches so bad the next day I had to get in the tub with the water scalding hot to ease the pain in my joints. Chest pains, congestion, head ache, fever, etc... Sweated thru two blankets that night, felt like crap the next day but between nyquil and the history channel, I slept the day away. Next day, I went back to the shop and went back to work. Never took a test, fully recovered in 5 days. It was the worst I've ever felt, the media hoopla didn't help me one bit either, I was borderline panicking a couple times. Told my wife to take me to the hospital and check my will. On the first night, i thought I was dying, 5 days later, I was more concerned about a 100 hours service on a Yamaha 4 stroke. Three months later, felt something coming on, never got out of hand, sinus, cough, headache, slight fever. Took the test, came back inconclusive. Me and nyquil went to the economy size bottle. Never got too bad, i took a couple days off due to fatigue, but never got real bad, took almost two months to finally get back feeling 100%. This last thing felt like an annual flu, tested positive twice. The headache was the worst part of it, and loosing my sense of taste while all the holiday food was on hand( still ticked about that). My taste is back, only residual is some congestions and random coughing. I worked light yesterday at the house, kept my self busy with things to do at the house today, hitting it back wide open tomorrow.

Keep an eye on the throttle and if you feel bad ease back on the gas. We want to talk with you, not about you.

Sounds like you had it rough. Glad your on the mend and besting this thing. Like destroyer said. I wanna talk to you hopefully this will be the last time covid will interrupt your health. Well dam I have a lot of questions I will be asking once the spring comes and I'm going to need your advice. Get better quick, and nothing wrong with laying around the house watching T.V. I have been doing it for five years now (retired). And love it.
