Oh, those flatties didn't run anywhere. They'll just dig into the mud and lay there till it warms up. When it's cold, they don't need to eat often at all. When it warms up, it'll be game on ;D

He was safe though cause we were in the creek at that point. *But still.....

Blue out.

Actually the way I read the law, if the kid is in the cabin or "below deck" then they don't have to have on the PFD. Also when the boat is tied to the dock or anchored.

I lived on Pawley's Island for about 6 months while my parents had a house built in Georgetown, about 35 years ago.

Yeah, my relatives bought a condo on the beach at Pawleys Pier, just across the street from the police station. ;)

Hammer, let me know when you come down. There is a chance I'll be down that way a couple more times this summer. We could hook up and let me show you where to catch the king macks down there ;)

I found a couple of pics that were hiding on my camera. I thought I didn't save them because I couldn't see them?

Anyway, here goes:
Black Drum and Blues

Bluefish fillets - I normally double fillet but these were too small.

Cut the skin off (double fillet) of Black Drum
