Fishing is great in Florida and I'm looking at peachtree dr in Atlanta . That's what upsets me most.

That aortic aneurysm was like a ticking time bomb inside you. If it ruptured you would have been dead before you hit the floor. Great news that they found and repaired it!! So glad that the operation went well and you're on the mend. Wishing you a speedy and uncomplicated recovery Phat.:clap::clap:

Thanks guys, Every day gets better. Got out of hospital yesterday. Going to hunker down at my brother-in-laws here in Decatur for about a week, then back to Florida. I will have to be on Coumadin for 2 months- post op, but hopefully back to normal after that.

That's what docs said ,D.

Guess I'll have time to work on Phatdaddy Phishing website now

Because of my a-fib I'm on Pradaxa, cause I didn't want the monthly blood tests. Only thing you have to be careful of is cutting yourself. (little cuts are ok, they will clot, just takes a little longer). But the big cuts can be a problem, so don't do that!!.. lol.

You gotta remember, I'm the guy who took the end of his thumb off cutting a fuel line and dropped a spear gun through his foot.

Perdaxa is not an option with rebuilt valves.

Hmmmm... Ref the fuel line and spear gun....You probably shouldn't do that anymore. :you:

(Didn't know that about Pradaxa and valves). I wonder why? :head:

Doc said probably will be ok one day, just not approved yet for patients with valve issues
