so a 4 stroke f150 wouldnt be too heavy for the transom on my boat? i think they are around 500 pounds

Stack some sand bags to make the difference w ur current motor in the splash well and float her... See what you think

I think the YAMAHA F150 is a great match to a V-20. I know we have a few members here with F150's on the back, and one mounted on a bracket, and everybody seems to be happy with them.
