rb, sorry about the year mix up. I knew it had a few years on it but couldn't remember how many. My point is, it does not look new but beyond that you can't really tell how old it is. I would bring a tire or two, a jack, a hub, angle iron, and some exhaust clamps and tow it as far as I needed to go. Same list of items I would have for any trailer of unknown condition. But if someone just told me 1974 without seeing it, I may have thought rollback as my first thought.

If I could get it in the driveway by my wife it would be gone already.

LOL! No brakes and needing new lights doesn't scare me. I've dragged them home on trailers needing a lot more than that. A few years ago I made a deal with myself not to travel north of Charleston or south of Jacksonville for one that wasn't immeadiately usable. If I had more time and room I'd be on it for sure. She's def worth redoing the transom. Beautiful boat.

Oh, and being crazy keeps me from going insane. :sun:
