Looks has nothing to do with it for me!!

I did it and did it right and strong!! But as for pretty, I did not even bother trying to get it to look good!! I fixed the hole and when I had it built out to the right level I covered with marine tex, Did not even sand it, I covered it with the bracket and no one will ever see it ;D

Someone here, I suck remembering all the names and who did what, any way they had a bracket installed with out ever fixing the hole from there Seadrive!!

I don't like that Idea cause if the braxcket was to ever spring a leak it would fill the bracket then the boat!! :o

MJ this past summer here in the Atlantic Highlands we had a new boat that I believe was twenty five feet sink, it sunk when his I/O bellows got ripped open by some debris in the water, I never heard of anything like that but I know it went down and quick like to, I cannot imagine someone leaving a hole like that relying on the plastic cover in the bracket itself to keep his boat afloat.

I wish I had two trucks to take with me when I go to pick up my V20 in Palm Beach. I'd buy this one too and pick it up on my way back home just for parts. Or, heck, I could put a couple hundred bucks into it and sell it on the left coast for big bucks ;D

Hammer, do you really think it's too much? Just curious.
