I am on the U-Verse internet with AT&T partnered with DirecTV for satelite. I really cannot complain about the speed. But when i had Cox they blew everybody else out of the water with their internet speed. Sadly though internet and tv are off right now and the only internet I have is on my phone.

Truthfully, I do not miss the tv. There was never anything on that i was interested in. I mainly got it for my dad while we were working. But since he passed, I could care less for TV.

It is not uncommon for 911 calls to originate from houses that haven't had phone service in years...over and over sometimes.

I have also seen 911 calls from buildings that had been torn down a year prior.

And imagine how many accidental 911 calls there are in a state with both a 910 and a 919 area code in it.
