You'd need a "Wide Load" permit, sign and flags on that boat while being trailered in NJ. NJ limits specify 8' wide. Still, she's a beauty, and there's no getting away from the fact that she looks a lot like a V. If anyone wants to buy me one I'll accept it graciously.

Twin 175 Suzuki 4 strokes on a bracket.

Looks sweet.
I considered doing a front combing like that in place of the windsheild on my V. Wifey wouldn't get to look out though. Goes to show the timeless design of our V20s. Thanks Ray! I'd go for twin 175 Evinrude ETECs hung on the transom or an inboard diesel with a straight shaft run to a tunnel drive. |
That is a killer boat, really does look like a V hull. I agree it needs a bigger fuel tank to satisify our needs. Id like to see a price, not that I can afford one!

I like the looks of the Etecs on the bracket. Make mine twin 150 HO Etecs. I agree about the fuel capacity, 200 gallons ought to do it. A big single outboard or diesel would be cool but I would want twins I think.
In Florida they would frown on the 9' width, daylight travel only, the DOT could f-up a wet dream... :cen: |
