Now we are getting a plan going, I don't think it's quit complex enough yet, but getting there.

If you are interested, I have an 84 Evinrude 115 that runs good. Rebuilt the carbs last spring, with wiring harness and controls. $500

if i finish my V20 this spring you can buy a 78 with 225 Johnson and 25" transom for $5000 plus it's in NC
