Thank you friends for your suggestions .The problem turned out to be the carbs.I wasn't the one who rebuilt them .After pulling them apart they looked like three diffrent people worked on them.The floats were so far out of wack the center one wasn't hardly getting any gas at all.After putting it all back together it runs great now.I guess I probably shouldn't try takeing the easy way out and gone through them myself.
