It's an outboard model but outboardless. Picked it up with no motor(had original 150 force on it ?)

Saw you post up on the Carolina Skiff owners site. I've owned two V20's at different times and I love the ride. I wish my 238 Semi V rode 1/2 as good at the Wellcraft. You're going to love the boat.

That was the main reason i sold my 2008 dlv238 with only 8 hours, don't get me wrong, the boat is very good at what was intended to do, just i was wrong buying the DLV for whar i wanted to use it for. Oh well............, the Grady goes everywhere :sun:

I've seen your Grady and it looks great. I'm getting tired of getting wet and I'm currently negociating with a guy (83 yrs old) for his 87 24' Privateer. This particular model is a shallow draft and a 9'1" beam. It's a real good boat for the flats. The only drawback is a 200 hp Merc (2005) 2 stroke. It only has 40 hrs on it, but I really like my Yamaha 4 stroke economy. I don't know if I'm ready to go back to 1-2 mpg. You'll love the V20. Good luck and if I can help you, let me know. I've rebuilt 2 of them. This site is great for help and a good bunch of guys.

Thanks, that Privateer IS a very solid boat, but another draw back that they pound a lot, same as the skiff. My cousin had one, an old model in the 80's and we took that boat everywhere, you can throw whatever mother nature wants to this boat and it will not budge, but you should have a chiropractor in the family, otherwise you gonna end up with a huge bill.
