If you pour a new transom would you be able to put a 250 on the back? Why would you, just asking. |

Your next step is critical be sure to cut the outside skin leaving enough on to make a strong and sturdy bond during the re-build see photo . Be sure to spend extra time observing up and around the spalsh well and belge area for stress cracks from the impact if any.
