Thats great Bob, appreciate it much. I will read that manual today, this is a 2009 model and teh fellow helping me said they made changes in it for this year, he did mention that they reshaped the spool especially to handle braids better and they have the one piece no seam bail for that same reason.

Hey Bob checked the box and read the directions and material in there, nothing about the washers or any kind of adjustment. The breakdown does show washers behind the spool already, so let me know what yours says.

I don't have the Saragosa. I know that all the Stradic, Sustains, Baitrunners, etc. used to be supplied with them. I did find some spares I can send ya. I'll take some pics in the AM to show you.
