I would love to do something like that, prices keep falling I just might have to.

when i was a kid i basically lived on grand isle and spent most of the time on the water, those were the days. there really is nothing like living on a boat, houseboat. i decided that the next boat i buy will at least be 30feet LOA. it might take me 10 years to afford to operate one. |
